Paul Taveira
CEO
Paul Taveira is the Chief Executive Officer for A&D Environmental Services, providing the overall strategic direction to A&D Environmental since joining the company in 2009.
Paul’s experience in the environmental and industrial service industry began in 1987 as a chemist at a hazardous waste disposal facility. Since that time, Paul has held multiple positions within the industry that qualify him to serve in the position he is in today. Those positions include director of operations, vice president of operations, and president of a large environmental and industrial service company.

John Ruggiero
CFO
John Ruggiero is the Chief Financial Officer for A&D Environmental Services and is responsible for all things financial since joining the company in 2011.
John has over 30 years of extensive and diversified financial, operational and administrative experience in the U.S. and International arenas within industries including Commercial Services, Manufacturing, Distribution and Direct Marketing. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance for both privately held and publicly traded companies ranging in size from $8 million to $600 million in revenue. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dan Martin
VP Sales
Dan Martin is the Vice President of Sales for A&D Environmental and has been responsible for the company’s sales organization since joining the company in 2009.
Dan's career began in this industry as a field chemist for a hazardous waste management company in 1984. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in operations, sales, and management of both.

Dio Herrera
Safety and HR Director
Dio Herrera is the Director of Safety and Human Resources for A&D Environmental and is responsible for the company’s safety program as well as the human resources department.
Dio’s background in our industry began in 1995 as a project manager and progressed from there into positions that included manager of human resources and director of EH&S program. Prior to joining this industry, he served as a general manager in the hotel and hospitality industry.

Scott Pearce, P.G.
National Account Director
Scott Pearce is the company’s National Account Director and is responsible for initiating, growing, and maintain relationships with consultants and larger corporations who choose A&D Environmental to be their vendor.
Scott’s experience in our industry began in 1989 as a geologist for a consulting firm and grew from there into sales related positions, including sales manager and VP of Sales. Scott has served A&D Environmental in the sales group since joining the company in 2001.

Mike Stoneman is the company’s Senior Project Manager and Proposal Developer. As such, he is responsible for delivering quality, consistent proposals and insuring the projects are performed in manner consistent with the client’s needs.
Mike’s experience in this industry began in 1984 as a project manager for the remediation division of a hazardous waste management company. Throughout his career, Mike has held related positions including division manager and general manager, which have provided a strong base for the role he currently serves.

Mike McClung is the Vice President of A&D Environmental’s transportation division. Mike is responsible for providing transportation services to our customers as well as the company’s other divisions.
Mike’s experience in the Environmental and Industrial services began in 1981 as a field chemist and then moved into project management for the remediation division of a hazardous waste management company. His experience includes several roles in the industry including owning his own transportation company, which was ultimately acquired by A&D Environmental Services in 2008.

He experience in the environmental industry also includes positions such as warehouse manager and waste routing supervisor. Mike was also was owner and president of a hazardous waste management company that was acquired by A&D Environmental Services in 2008.
